FAQ

Bookings & Payments

This is the non refundable deposit that you pay at the time of booking to secure your booking. This amount is taken off the total holiday amount. You will not need to pay the rest of the balance until 8 weeks before your stay.

This is just a hold on a credit card in case of any damage to the property during your stay. Much like you would have in a hotel. We take this a few days before arrival and will release the hold on funds within 14 days of departure.

A day or two before you arrive we hold the deposit against the card you paid the balance with.  If you do not wish to use this card, just let us know.

We strongly recommend that you take out for all bookings.  We have partnered with an insurance supplier, so the option to take out insurance for your holiday is available to you at the time of booking.

The booking deposit is non-refundable. Once you make your final payment (8 weeks before arrival) this is also non-refundable. You must drop us an email to let us know that you would like to cancel.

We recommend that you take out appropriate insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances.

The final balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If you are arriving within 8 weeks of the time of making your booking, then the full balance is due at time of booking.
