"We are just home from a family holiday at Silver Stag Lodge. What a wonderful time we had! We are a family of 5 adults and one child and we couldn't have asked for more from the house. Everything was so well thought out and the whole place exceeded our expectations. The garden was amazing and thanks to some glorious weather, we spent most of our time there. Our 5yr old granddaughter absolutely loved her 'hidey bed', she can't wait to come back! If you ever do want to leave the comfort of the house, Aviemore centre is a lovely short walk along the cycle route path. Just a brilliant holiday and a glorious house!"

"We are just home from a 3 night long weekend at Craggan Mill (family party of 12 including 3 children) and I can’t recommend this lodge highly enough ! It was a beautiful, well appointed old Mill, with a wonderful outside space, including large hot tub and play area for the kids. We especially liked the inside layout, having the living space and the kitchen area open plan meant we were all together while meals were prepared, and it was spotless. Thanks also to Cat who kept us well updated with info before we arrived, we had the best time ! ☀️☀️

"Wonderful accommodation which is in the east wing of a much larger country-house. Decor and furnishings are fantastic and the location is wonderful, both to walk out of the door and onto the beach at the bottom of the garden plus to explore the area by car. We loved the tips on what to do with Westpoint beach (15 min away) and Tarbet (10 min away) great ways to spend a few hours. I'd also highly recommend the Seafood Shack at Skipness (15 min away) for AL fresco dining with a view of Arran."

"Our family are just back from staying at Smithy Croft in Carrbridge , could not fault this amazing property , plenty of outside space with a hot tub , fire pit, pizza oven , BBQ Inside the property was more than we could have hoped for , so clean and with two living rooms our family had plenty of space , the kitchen was huge and very well equipped , the dinning table sat 10. The bedrooms where fantastic , plenty of space , and the beds where very comfortable. I would go back in a heartbeat 💕"

"We managed to get a last minute availability at the Coachhouse in July. It was amazing! Perfect location and stunning views. The house is situated right next to the beach and the kids had a ball in the sea! There was also a fabulous bbq area which we used most nights as we got lucky with the Scottish weather! The house itself had everything you need for the perfect staycation, the decor was lovely and the attention to detail spot on. We loved it so much we ended up staying an extra night. Cat at Caledonian Escapes was so helpful from start to finish with our booking. We have definitely found our go to staycation!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Lookout. It’s a great space which has been very tastefully decorated. The welcome pack that was left was a lovely touch and truly above and beyond any expectations. The absolute highlights for us were the ‘private’ beach which was lovely for walking the dogs in the morning and the decking area which has some very comfortable outdoor furniture and is quite the sun trap if you are lucky enough to get the weather (which we were!) Would definitely stay again."
